My code doesn't work
Codes are 6 characters, work once and expire after 24 hours. Make a fresh one from your pet's page (in the browser where you made it) and enter it at /claim or in the PetOS app.
I made my pet on my phone. How do I get it on my Mac?
On your pet's page, tap Send to my Mac. Email yourself the link, or note the code and enter it in PetOS on your Mac.
My pet doesn't look quite right
Open your pet's page and adjust coat colours, ears, tail, size and markings. Changes save instantly and sync to your Mac.
Can I get a refund?
Your pet is free for 3 days so you can decide before paying; after that purchases are final. If something is wrong with yours, we'll fix it or refund it. See the Refund policy.
Will it actually look like my pet?
It’s a stylised version of your pet with the right coat colours, markings, ears, build and tail. Not a photo-real clone, but owners recognise their pet straight away. If something’s off, you can adjust it in a few taps.
What photos work best?
Two to six clear photos in good light: the face, the whole body, and a side view. If the markings differ on each side, add both sides. Casual phone photos are perfect.
Which Macs does it run on?
Any Mac running macOS 13.3 Ventura or later. PetOS is a small native app and is light on battery.
How does the free trial work?
Your three-day trial starts the first time your pet wakes up on your Mac, not when you create them. Buy any time to keep them.
Is this a subscription?
No. $14.99 once for each pet. No account, no recurring charges.
What happens to my photos?
They’re used only to build your pet. They’re never shown publicly or used to train AI models, and you can delete them yourself from your pet’s page at any time. We remove them after 30 days anyway.
Is there a Windows or iPhone app?
Not yet. PetOS is Mac-only for now. You can create your pet on any phone or computer, then send it to your Mac.
Can I have more than one pet?
Yes. Every pet you make can live on your desktop at once.
